Do you offer flower delivery in New York City?

Alaric Flower Design offers luxury flower delivery throughout Manhattan and nearby Brooklyn and Queens areas. Regarding other areas please contact us.

What areas do you serve for events and weddings?

We design floral experiences for weddings, galas, and private events across New York City and the surrounding tri-state area.

What types of flowers do you specialize in?

We specialize in premium flowers of the highest grade (Super and Excellent), seasonally sourced stems, and elegant arrangements tailored to each client’s unique taste and occasion.

Can I request a custom floral design?

Absolutely. We’re happy to work with you on bespoke floral pieces—whether it's a one-of-a-kind arrangement, tailored color palette, or custom concept for your event.

Do you offer weekly or subscription flower services?

Yes. We provide weekly floral deliveries for private homes, hotels, galleries, and offices. Each arrangement is refreshed regularly and delivered with care.

Do you create sympathy or funeral arrangements?

Yes. We provide condolences flowers for the Service as well as for home and for office. Our sympathy arrangements are thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and grace, using premium blooms and timeless compositions to honor loved ones. Do you provide flowers for hotels or corporate spaces?

We work closely with hotels, offices, and corporate clients to design lobby displays, event florals, holiday decor, and gifting arrangements on a recurring or on-demand basis.

How do I place an order?

What's the same-day cutoff for Manhattan?

Order by 2pm ET for same-day delivery anywhere in Manhattan, seven days a week. Orders placed after 2pm are scheduled for the next day. For time-sensitive requests, call (212) 308-3794 — we can sometimes accommodate later orders when our designers' capacity allows.

Do you deliver to Brooklyn?

Yes. We deliver to select Brooklyn neighborhoods including Brooklyn Heights, DUMBO, Downtown Brooklyn, Fort Greene, Williamsburg, Park Slope, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, and Carroll Gardens. Brooklyn same-day cutoff is earlier than Manhattan (by 12:00 ET) and delivery is $25–$35 depending on distance from our Upper West Side studio.

How much is delivery in NYC?

Manhattan delivery is a flat $20 to all neighborhoods. Brooklyn delivery is $25–$35 depending on destination. Queens, Bronx, and extended NYC areas are available by request for an additional fee. Delivery is always an added charge on top of the arrangement price — it is never included or free.

Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes — by appointment only. Our Upper West Side studio at 54 W 70th St is a working design space, so we don't keep ready-to-buy arrangements at the counter, but in-store pickup is available when scheduled ahead. Place your order online or by phone, then call (212) 308-3794 to schedule a pickup window.

What's your price range?

Our arrangements start at $85 for a Single White Phalaenopsis Orchid. Designer's Choice bouquets begin at $100, with most signature arrangements in the $175–$200 range. Luxury arrangements and event-scale florals run from $375 to $1,000 and beyond. Delivery is additional.

Can I order by phone?

Yes. Call (212) 308-3794 during studio hours (Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, Sat–Sun 11am–4pm ET). Our team can help you choose an arrangement, design something custom, add a personalized card message, and arrange same-day delivery if you call before 2pm ET on a Manhattan order.

Are you open on weekends?

Yes. Our studio is open Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 4pm ET, and we deliver seven days a week. Weekend same-day cutoff is the same as weekdays — order by 2pm ET for Manhattan same-day delivery, or earlier (by 12:00 ET) for Brooklyn.

Do you accept rush or last-minute orders?

We do our best to accommodate rush orders, especially within Manhattan. If you need delivery within a few hours, call (212) 308-3794 and we'll confirm what's possible based on our designers' current schedule. Same-day Manhattan deliveries placed before 2pm ET go out that day; later requests are subject to availability and may incur a rush fee.
