Refund Policy

Alaric Flower Design guarantees the quality and freshness of every order.  If you are not completely satisfied with the quality and freshness of your flowers, please call us at +1.212.308.3794.

To request a replacement, Alaric must be contacted within 24 hours of the delivery. Bear in mind that flowers are perishable. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow any care instructions provided by  Alaric Flower Design. No refunds or replacements will be made for any order should the recipient or sender not notify Alaric Flower Design within 1 day of the original delivery date. Should any customer place an order through Alaric and then need to cancel the order, the cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the delivery of the order.

Terms of Service

Alaric cannot guarantee the availability of all flower types, champagne, wine and other items at all times and occasionally substitutions may be necessary.  Care is taken to maintain the color and integrity of all arrangements, as well as cost.

Order Processing and Delivery Terms

We do everything possible for your flowers to be delivered to the recipient at the desired time. No claims for the order delivery timeliness will be accepted in case the delivery is impossible due to incorrect delivery address and if there is no recipient’s phone number specified (or if the recipient doesn't answer the phone). We will contact you to confirm the delivery address and then redeliver the order if that situation happens.

We require the full prepayment for your order to be accepted.

Delivery Terms

Flower delivery is determined by many factors and depends largely on a specific arrangement you have chosen. We offer Same Day delivery for most arrangements. However, the delivery time also depends on time of placing the order, flower availability, weather conditions and delivery address, so we recommend that you place your order in advance.
