For twenty years, Alaric has been known for bespoke floral arrangements — lush, vessel-forward designs crafted for homes, events, and special occasions. This spring, we're doing something a little different. We're introducing a bouquet range: hand-tied, unwrapped, and designed for the kind of giving that doesn't need a reason.

Bouquets are how most of the world gives flowers. There's a reason — they're immediate, personal, and easy to carry. You hand them over, the recipient puts them in whatever vase they have at home, trims the stems, and the flowers do their thing. No occasion required. No overthinking it.

Our spring range starts at $100 and features three designs — Aurora, Becca, and Olympia — each built around the best stems available this season. Ranunculus, Peonies, Sweet Pea, Protea, Gloriosa. These are not filler-heavy bunches. They are proper Alaric arrangements, just without the vase.

What Makes an Alaric Bouquet Different

Every bouquet is hand-tied in our studio at 54 W 70th St on the Upper West Side, using the same stems we put into our arrangements. The difference is format — a bouquet travels better, costs a little less (no vessel), and fits naturally into the rhythm of everyday giving.

When your bouquet arrives, give the stems a fresh diagonal cut and place them in a clean vase with fresh water. Change the water every couple of days and keep them out of direct sunlight. That's it — most of our spring bouquets will last 5 to 7 days.

At $100–$135, our spring bouquets sit at a more accessible price point than our full arrangements, which typically start around $150 for a vased design. You get the same quality stems, the same care in construction, and the same same-day delivery — just in a format designed for casual, joyful giving.

Caring for Your Bouquet

Bouquets from Alaric arrive without a vase. When yours arrives:

• Trim the stems at a diagonal — about an inch from the bottom
• Place immediately in a clean vase with fresh, cool water
• Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources
• Change the water every two days

With a little care, most spring bouquets last 5 to 7 days. Some stems — particularly Ranunculus and Sweet Pea — will reward you for a full week if kept cool.

All three spring bouquets are available for same-day delivery across Manhattan when ordered by 2pm. Delivery is $20 flat rate to all Manhattan neighborhoods — from the Upper West Side and Midtown to SoHo, Tribeca, and the East Village. We also deliver to Brooklyn (order by 12pm; $25–$35 depending on distance).
